Media Release: I hereby grant SOCO Clubhouse permission to use photographs, video recordings, and/or digital images of my child for promotional materials, social media, websites, and publications related to the organization. I understand these materials may be used without further notice, and that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me or my child by reason of such use.
